- The problem that the scanned image may not be rotated when using Windows MP Navigator with "Detect the orientation of text documents and rotate images" ON in the non-Japanese environment has been rectified.(However, some images may not rotate depending on the volume or size of the letters as per specifications.)

1. In Windows Vista, when ScanGear is installed before MP Navigator, the dialog for selecting the application software to be launched is displayed every time scanning is performed from the machine's panel. In such a case, follow the method below.
NOTE: When performing installation from the Master Setup, the following method is not required:
